Signing up for an access to the FRED System is a single-step process. All you must do is check the box below and click the button to submit your request. Please note, however, that by signing up for this service you are agreeing to the terms and conditions a stated in the Licence Agreement. Once you have completed this single step, you will have immediate access to the FRED System.
